The Golden Mean

The Golden Mean, or Golden Ratio, has been around for a long time.

But rarely do you hear any discussion about its use as a design tool.

That's the purpose of these pages -- to inform, and illustrate the use of this ratio (and others) as a means of breaking up space in a dynamic and aesthetically pleasing way.
